Ab Exercises I Want To Try

As I was scouring the Internet for anything interesting/entertaining (a daily habit of mine), I found something educational; My favorite thing to find on the Internet! I read this article and was impressed with the ab exercises they were showing. I might just be working these into my workout!

    1. To be honest, only you can keep you healthy! But I can provide support and information to help you. Congratulations on the 8 pounds! Thats impressive no matter how long it took. Weight gets added on gradually and so it makes perfect sense for it to take just as long to lose it. And it doesn't matter how old you are. The benefits of living healthy are just as potent no matter what you're age. You are never too old to improve your health.
